We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove any user-generated content at our sole discretion. We are not responsible for any user-generated content and do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any such content.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties

We are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from the use of the application, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Madrid, Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Services shall be exclusively resolved in the courts located in Madrid, Spain, and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections to the venue in such courts.
